Job Description


Our client, who is an international Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM company, is looking for a Business Operations Associate (coordination of program Sales Enablement) (hybrid 50/50, 40 hours) based in Amsterdam.

All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language.

About the position:
The role is part of the Sales Enablement operations team globally. The team is completely new, so the client is setting up a new team to reduce the operational burden from the Sales Enablement Business Partners in the region. The role is heavy on the operational. The focus is on primarily: onboarding bootcamp for the Sales team and new hires, scheduling, managing, tracking programs enablement.

Responsibilities:
· Work closely with Enablement Business Partners to understand needs of the business and serve as an expert on catalog topics;
· Orchestrate and facilitate workshops that leverage global frameworks and subject matter expert communities;
· Identify subject matter experts from list;

· Source data and provide analysis on trends and insights that support quarterly enablement planning process;
· Be a power-user in all internally-used products and tools;
· Lead operations of in-region programs:
· Manage registration, learner tracking, learner invites, Slack channels;
· Source delivery subject matter experts/ leader speakers and manage logistics;
· Manage survey analyses and CSAT tracking;
· Data and reporting;
· Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of Global Enablement to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor degree;
· 1-2 years' of project or program management experience, or coordinating role experience within a sales environment;
· Excellent facilitation, organization, communication & analytical skills;
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization (Senior stakeholders);
· Ability to understand the unique challenges of regional operating units and partnering teams whilst enabling them to work seamlessly together to achieve desired outcomes;
· Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to push back, when necessary;
· Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful;
· Change oriented;
· Works effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change;
· Ability to oversee a variety of projects/programs simultaneously;
· Solid organizational skills, process oriented, results driven and attention to detail;
· Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Enablement Design and Delivery experience a plus;
· Bias for action with a strong sense of team and inclusivity.
