For our client, a pioneering chemical product company, we are looking for a Sales Manager to work for the BeNeLux market.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining as well as developing Sales and market share for the company in the region BeNeLux (BNL) in the below mentioned market segments.
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and dedicated Senior Sales professional with significant previous experience and thus a proven track record in Sales, ready to spend the majority of the week with and at the customer.
- Being the primary central contact/ interface to the direct B2B accounts of the company and distribution partners in the region.
- Assuming responsibility for all commercial and technical topics related to the accounts on behalf of the company.
- Selling Polymer Binders, mainly in the form of Dispersions as well as re-dispersible Powders and Solid Resins. The main application segments are Carpet, water-based Adhesives, Architectural/ Decorative Coatings, Engineering Fabrics & Textile, among other products.
- 10+ years of experience in Specialty Chemicals B2B Sales in the Benelux region.
- University degree - preferably Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or Business Administration.
- Ideally technical background or a previous Business Development role in water-based Adhesives, Decorative Coatings or Nonwoven industries. Experience with Polymer chemistry would be an advantage.
- Dutch/Flemish native-speaker, fluency in English; German or French are advantageous.
- Goal-oriented, passionate about Sales & Technology and willing to learn quickly
- Highly independent and able to collaborate in an international Team.
