For our client, an international Fin-tech company, we are looking for a Senior Coordinator HR Front Office based in Hoofddorp. Their technology addresses persistent challenges of the payment world. The role

Sees to execution of personnel administrative tasks for active and non-active employees, fills the distinctive applications and coordinates the daily progress within the team, according to determined working processes and internal and external (law- and regulations) guidelines and agreements with the manager, leading to efficient and effective execution of tasks and timely, correct and complete processing and availability of personnel data.

Responsible for facilitating all key HR functions and programs. This includes issues raised by employees and matters related to employment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. An important part of the HR coordinator's job consists of improving existing processes and recommending possible actions to improve existing processes.

The Coordinator HR Front Office works closely together with hiring managers, recruiter and HR Business Partners to ensure that the HR policies, processes, and practices are as efficient and high-performing as possible. The Coordinator HR Front Office reports to the manager HR Services and supports with any special (ad hoc) project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Masters the Dutch and English language in word and writing
  • Proficiency in HR tech (HRIS and payroll software)
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR work
