Supervisor QC Protein analytics COVID-19 vaccine production (f/m/d)
The Supervisor (f/m/d) is involved in the supervision, preparation and execution of all QC testing of a mRNA based COVID-19 vaccine. In addition, you are closely working together with other QC teams working on various pharmaceutical products (protein and polysaccharide).
Your tasks:
* Supervision of QC analysts, who are working in shifts or shifted hours, including appraisals and individual performance mentoring
* Execution of preparative activities and preparation of detailed testing schedules
* Managing execution within a timely manner and align shift tasks with supervisor team
* Responsible for appropriate training status within shift, GMP compliance and safety compliance
* You are a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with respect to the equipment and involved in maintenance, validation, and calibration.
Your profile:
* At least an HBO level of education with experience in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
* Leadership skills on supervisor level
* Analytical, accurate, structured, flexible and quality and safety-conscious
* Team player with a high degree of autonomy
* Available to participate in shifts, or shifted hours, when required
* Good Dutch and English written and oral communicative skills
* You reside in and are eligible to work in The Netherlands (valid work permit)
