For our client, a company in Tech, we are looking for an Partner Manager based in Amsterdam.

In this role as Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Benelux Retail Partners and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the Chrome ecosystem to drive Chromebooks business growth and product distribution. You will establish a regular cadence with the clients' partners, track and analyze key metrics, proactively resolve business and technical issues with their partners and identify new partnership opportunities. Some of the attributes you will bring to this job include strong attention to detail, decisive decision-making, calculated risk-taking, tuned prioritization instincts, an execution-focus, outstanding communication skills and a collegial personality. This position will also require fluency with contracts through negotiating and representing the client in the course of negotiating new agreements or renewing existing agreements.

The Chrome OS Go-To-Market (GTM) team plays a critical role in ensuring the clients' continued growth by nurturing the Chrome OS (Chromebook) ecosystem. The team collaborates with a variety of external Chrome OS constituencies, including OEMs, retailers, and other strategic partners. The mission is to consistently exceed the needs of their users, and their external and internal partners (e.g. Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.).


  • Work with Benelux Retail partners to drive Chromebook growth, collect and analyze retail performance data regularly (eg. weekly Chromebook sales) to inform client support activities and investments.
  • Partner with local OEMs to secure optimal hardware line-up and inventory for top Retail partners.
  • Maintain consultative business relationships with partners and gain exposure to partners' business initiatives to positively impact platform ecosystem proliferation.
  • Lead regular cadence and quarterly business reviews with partners and offer a strategic and analytical perspective of the partnership, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the computer hardware industry, retail dynamics, and the client's hardware strategy.

Mandatory Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Min. 1-2 years of work experience in a technology company or a retailer.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch or French. Ideally all three.
  • Experience with ongoing partner relationship management or business development.
  • Ability to serve as an advocate for your accounts internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues.

  • Ability to manage ambiguity, solve problems, and scale effectively across a large organization.
  • Superb communication skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with partner and Clients' executives.

  • Salary of €28,53 per hour (monthly: €4945)
