My name is Sari Steenhauer an I’m the Team Lead Life Sciences at Kelly Services with a degree in biochemistry. After a career in scientific research I switched to the pharmaceutical industry, where, for over a decade, I performed several commercial positions such as Account Manager and Product Group Manager.

Ten years ago I decided to make the move to staffing and recruiting, being involved in a great variety of roles within Life Sciences (LS). My client portfolio comprises of companies in the field of the Pharmaceutical Industry, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, Chemistry and Diagnostics area, dealing with national and international clients and candidates.

I think my greatest strength lies in a thorough understanding of the Life Sciences industry, both regarding the organizations that operate within as well as the ambitions and strengths of the candidates I propose to them. I think a personal touch, developing and maintaining long lasting relationships and a creative way of tackling complex recruitment challenges, are my personal keys to success.
